- versee property operations of multiple buildings and warehouses rented by clients.
- Coordinate and monitor repairs and maintenance, including water pumps, generators, electrical, plumbing, and other facility concerns.
- Manage utilities billing, especially for tenants sharing electric meters (compute and collect accordingly).
- Facilitate collection of rental payments from tenants and issue official receipts when applicable.
- Ensure timely payment of utilities such as electricity, water, and other dues.
- Serve as on-call support for urgent building concerns.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collections, expenses, maintenance, and tenant concerns to the Finance Manager.
- Liaise with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins/move-outs and property inspections.
- Maintain organized documentation and contracts related to each property.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations (DENR, EMB, and LGU ordinances).
- Prepare, maintain, and submit reports required by the DENR such as SMR, CMR, and others.
- Ensure proper waste disposal, hazardous materials handling, and pollution control measures.
- Coordinate with DENR and other regulatory bodies for inspections, renewals, and permits.
- Implement internal policies and train employees on environmental practices and compliance.
- Keep documentation of permits, inspections, and compliance reports organized and updated.
