ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing operations across three key ventures:
- Kumon Learning Centers
- 2 Branches of INKE-GSE Corp. (inke.ph)
- 1 EdTech Startup: Jack Nathaniels Technology Inc. (tablet.ph)
You will be the CEO’s right hand—helping coordinate meetings, streamline systems, follow up on priorities, manage tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution across multiple companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Calendar, inbox, and meeting management
- Task tracking, project coordination, and internal follow-ups
- Drafting emails, documents, reports, and communications
- Liaising with team members, clients, suppliers, and partners
- Assisting in marketing, event coordination, and business operations
- Research, scheduling, and data management tasks
- Supporting CEO in executive decision-making and strategy

- Is proactive, highly organized, and dependable
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is tech-savvy (Google Workspace, task/project management tools, basic Canva, etc.)
- Can handle pressure, shifting priorities, and fast-moving environments
- Has high integrity and professionalism
- (Bonus) Has experience in business, education, or admin work
