Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Experience in PhilHealth process, an advantage
- Transmit all claims within the given period
- Responsible for reviewing the encoded data in E-claims before transmitting
- Timely perform generation of PHIC claims
- Good interpersonal skills and communication
- Perform detailed review of the accuracy and completeness of PHIC documents
- Ensure that all account receivables are properly claimed and collected in coordination with Credit and Collection.
- Provide customer service to resolve and close issues raised
