Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a PHRN Team Leader (TL) in a BPO setting
- At least 1 year of experience in bedside care or hospital settings
- Active PHRN license (Philippines)
- Can work onsite in Cebu
- Willing to work the night shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of healthcare customer service representatives (CSR) in a BPO setting
- Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care and customer service
- Oversee the team’s performance and assist with problem-solving during night shifts
- Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and company policies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
