Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Senior PMO Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting project and program governance by providing essential project management guidance and administrative support to project managers and cross-functional teams.


The Senior PMO Coordinator works closely with various departments, including Portfolio, Program and Project Management Offices, Sales, and other support teams, to ensure effective performance management and alignment with organizational goals.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working within all stages of project managemen
    t, taking end to end accountability.
  • They organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement and automation of project processes and delivery
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Able to escalate early on issues.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.


Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a Project Lead
  • Comfortable working with multiple technologies and systems
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow or a similar project tracking tool is preferred
  • Experience in technology projects, including cybersecurity, is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Strong communication skills, with experience in a customer-facing role
