Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
5 years or more of experience in PR, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry.
Strong writing and storytelling skills.
Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities. Fluent in English.
Brief Job Description of Duties:
- Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand awareness and drive media coverage for the resort/restaurant.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, bloggers, and media outlets.
- Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Coordinate and host media visits, influencer collaborations, and press events.
- Ensure all communication materials align with brand tone, voice, and guidelines.
- Support crisis communication efforts in coordination with management. Collaborate with other departments (F&B, Rooms, Events) to gather content and promote in-house initiatives.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special events.
- Track and analyze PR campaign effectiveness using tools like media monitoring platforms and coverage reports.
- Identify opportunities for awards, partnerships, and sponsorships.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
