Description
We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to support the Procurement Manager by tracking purchase requisitions, maintaining databases, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze vendor quotes and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain and update procurement databases and purchase order logs.
- Track and report on procurement KPIs.
- Assist in vendor performance evaluation and contract compliance.
- Support resolution of vendor invoice discrepancies.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with procurement software and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Excel and database management.
