ADMIN/HR STAFF
Qualifications:
· AB/BS Psychology graduate or its equivalent
· With HR/Admin experience
· Can keep confidential matters
· Self-starter, willing to be trained and a fast learner
· High sense of urgency and initiative
· Results or goal-oriented person
· Can multi-task
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· DA (Disciplinary Records) file in-charge
· Monitor disciplinary records of employees
· Attend to employee’s concerns and issues
· Monitoring AWOL employees and facilitate proper action
· Prepares report and memo of tardy employees monthly
· Prepares notices to employees
· Administer Admin Hearing
· Facilitates company-initiated events and programs such as: Christmas Party, etc.
· Orient newly hired employees.
· Facilitate probationary employee’s performance on their 3rd & 5th month employment.
· Prepares weekly attendance form for Operations.
· Facilitate awarding of Perfect Attendance & Birthday employees (every last Monday of the month).

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
