JOB SUMMARY:
The Procurement Associate is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing quality materials, equipment, and services necessary to support Data Lake, Inc.’s operations. This role ensures timely procurement within budgetary limits, maintains vendor relationships, and contributes to the efficiency of supply chain management in line with company policies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Procurement Activities
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best quality and cost efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors.
- Process purchase requisitions and orders in a timely manner.
Vendor Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management
- Coordinate with the Operations and Technology Department to ensure procurement aligns with company needs.
- Track and monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and correspondence for audit purposes.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-reduction strategies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role. Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with procurement software or ERP systems is an advantage.
- With Driver's License (Able to Drive 2 wheeled and/or 4 wheeled Vehicle)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
