Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Invoice Payment
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices.
- Track and reconcile purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices.
- Resolve discrepancies or issues with vendors related to billing and payment.
- Vendor Performance & Assessment Execution
- Develop and implement vendor performance evaluation criteria.
- Conduct regular performance assessments based on quality, delivery timelines, service level, and compliance.
- Maintain records and reports on vendor performance trends for decision-making.
- Vendor Accreditation Execution
- Manage the end-to-end vendor accreditation process, including documentation collection, compliance checks, and onboarding approvals.
- Ensure vendors meet all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain an updated and compliant list of accredited vendors.
- Vendor Research and Comparison
- Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential vendors.
- Analyze vendor offerings, pricing structures, service levels, and reputations.
- Prepare comparison reports to support informed vendor selection decisions.
- Vendor Contract Maintenance
- Maintain a centralized repository of all vendor contracts and related documents.
- Monitor contract expiration dates, renewal terms, and compliance obligations.
- Coordinate with legal and business units for contract updates or renegotiations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor accreditation, and contract management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform vendor comparisons and assessments.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with experience tracking invoices, purchase orders, and performance reports.
- Strong communication and coordination skills; able to collaborate effectively with Finance, Legal, and other teams.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
