POSITION SUMMARY:
The Procurement Systems and Analytics Specialist champions strategic initiatives within the Global Indirect Procurement organization, driving procurement excellence through advanced analytics, strategic insights, and transformational initiatives. This position serves as a key advisor to procurement leadership in optimizing global indirect spend, requiring exceptional analytical expertise combined with strategic business acumen to influence and execute enterprise-wide procurement strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and execute strategic procurement analytics initiatives aligned with global business objectives
- Partner with Global Indirect Procurement leadership as strategic thought leader
- Spearhead implementation of advanced AI/ML solutions for indirect procurement optimization
- Architect and oversee complex analytical frameworks for global indirect spend
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and strategic projects
- Establish and govern sophisticated procurement performance metrics
- Drive strategic direction for category management and spend optimization
- Mentor analysts and orchestrate global analytics initiatives
- Act as trusted extension of leadership for critical decision-making processes
- Represent leadership in internal or external forums/meetings, maintaining consistent messaging and functional accountability
- Facilitate decision-making by bringing clarity, structure, and insight to ambiguous or complex challenges
- Lead development of executive communications and strategic presentations
- Own preparation of leadership materials, including executive briefings and functional strategy updates
- Lead cross-functional cadence planning, ensuring key meetings and reviews are value-adding
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in business Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 7+ years of procurement analytics experience
- Advanced expertise in indirect spend analysis and category management
- Proven leadership experience in global procurement operations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Deep experience in managing global procurement systems
- Advanced proficiency in AI/ML technologies
- Experience with global indirect spend management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellence in stakeholder management
- Deep understanding of procurement best practices
- Mastery of data visualization and reporting tools
- Knowledge of global category management
