Key Responsibilities:
- Order Initiation & Documentation
- Generate complete purchase orders based on store sales orders.
- Print and attach product drafts when needed.
- Address and resolve quotation and other store related concerns.
- Production & Supplier Coordination
- Coordinate with production team regarding product requirements, scheduling, and quality issues.
- Communicate specifications, quality requirements, and timelines with runners.
- Source necessary items and generate purchase orders for suppliers.
- Coordinate with stock account officer for stock requirements.
- Quality & Reporting
- Monitor quality compliance of ongoing productions.
- Prepare regular reports on purchase order status and concerns.
- Logistics & Deliveries
- Align with Logistic Manager to organize efficient delivery schedules.
- Financial & Administrative Support
- Close purchase orders of contractors and prepare billing for weekly payment
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in production coordination, procurement, or supply chain is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Zoho Inventory system.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
