DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Screens call, manages the calendar, schedules meetings, and conferences as directed
- Briefs talents prior to the shooting.
- Takes charge with the overall communication of the production department.
- Facilitates with shoot details.
- Acts as a floor director on the studio.
- Acts as a receptionist to guests.
- Keeps a cheerful and can-do attitude.
- Operates teleprompter and facilitates a smooth transition of program segments.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year course
- Proficient in the use of various computer applications and internet
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and ability to multi-task
