- Weighs and mixes ingredients in accordance to the procedures.
- Checks products for quality and identify damaged goods.
- Evaluates quality of food ingredients or prepared foods.
- Sets time and speed controls for mixing machines, blending machines, or steam kettles so that ingredients will be mixed or cooked according to instructions.
- Operates assigned machine and ensures that the machine runs smoothly.
- Maintains a safe work environment.
- Follows the proper procedures in cooking/steaming.
- Inspects products and maintain its quality.
- Logs and reports daily output.
- Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness in the working area at all times.
