Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Production In-Charge to oversee and coordinate daily production operations in our food manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for managing production staff, ensuring smooth workflow, and meeting quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead production line personnel during shifts.
- Ensure production targets are met within the required quality and safety standards.
- Monitor production processes and address operational issues immediately.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain proper documentation of production activities.
Qualifications / Experience:
- College level or graduate.
- At least 6 months experience in a food manufacturing setting.
- Must have experience in handling people or supervising a team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and shifting schedules.
