MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Oversee the operations of production.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Raw material inventory and planning.
- Production planning, timeline and monitoring.
- Trouble shooting in production related to output and quality of the product.
- Submission of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Reports, BRM to Site Head
- ISO documentation, GMP implementation / other audit preparation.
- Material balancing and production materials stock monitoring.
- Coordination of daily production, quality control and maintenance reports in order to improve over all operation
- Evaluate and plan appropriate training for employees to improve work performance.
- Assist in new trail.
- Establish/Implement/Comply to GMP, HACCP, & FSSC policies & SOPs.
- Establish/Implement/Comply to Waste Management (Solid & Hazardous) policies & SOPs.
- Establish/Implement/Comply to OSHAS policies & SOPs.
- Establish/Implement/Comply to Energy Management policies & SOPs.
- Establish/Implement/Comply to regulatory & statutory regulations with regards to business.
- Perform other related task as necessity may require.

- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree of any Engineering course.
- Atleast with 5 years experience as Production Manager in any manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of injection molding or any manufacturing industry
- Able to perform trouble shooting in production activities and improve plant performance
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
