Job Description:
We are hiring Production Operators for deployment to a manufacturing facility in Calamba, Laguna. Ideal candidates must be physically fit, detail-oriented, and willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machines and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect and sort products according to quality standards
- Assist in assembly, packaging, or labeling tasks as required
- Follow safety protocols, work procedures, and production guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area
- Perform other duties assigned by the production supervisor
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Senior High/ALS completers are welcome)
- With or without work experience in manufacturing
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule and extended hours if needed
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods
- Willing to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna
