Key Responsibilities:
- Operating Machinery: Setting up, adjusting, and running production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and output.
- Monitoring Production: Observing the production process, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from established standards.
- Quality Control: Performing regular quality checks on products and materials, ensuring they meet the required specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving minor equipment malfunctions, and reporting major issues to supervisors.
- Maintenance: Performing basic maintenance tasks on equipment, such as cleaning and lubrication, to ensure smooth operation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate production records, including data input and tracking of production output.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with other operators and team members to ensure smooth production flow.
