1. Operating Machinery and Equipment: You are responsible for operating various types of machinery and equipment used in the production process. This can include setting up machines, monitoring their operation, adjusting settings, and ensuring they are running efficiently and safely.
2. Assembling and Manufacturing: You will be involved in assembling components or manufacturing products according to specific instructions and standards. This can include tasks such as assembling parts, operating production lines, packaging finished goods, and conducting quality checks during the production process.
3. Following Standard Operating Procedures: You are expected to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent and efficient production. They must understand and adhere to safety guidelines, quality standards, and productivity targets.
4. Quality Control: Ensuring product quality is an important responsibility of production staff. You will be required to inspect products or components for defects, conduct tests and measurements, and report any issues or non-conformities to supervisors or quality control personnel.
5. Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization: You are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area. This involves keeping the production floor, equipment, and tools clean, following good manufacturing practices (GMP), and properly disposing of waste materials.
6. Adhering to Safety Guidelines: You must prioritize safety in the workplace. You should follow safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), report any safety hazards or incidents, and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
7. Collaborating with Team Members: Effective teamwork and communication are essential for production staff. You should collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations. This may involve sharing information, coordinating schedules, and providing support to colleagues as needed.
8. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: You may encounter issues or challenges during the production process. You should be able to identify problems, troubleshoot equipment or process issues, and communicate any significant problems to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
9. Continuous Improvement: You should actively seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to efficiency and productivity enhancements. You can provide suggestions, participate in improvement initiatives, and offer feedback based on their experience working on the production floor.
10. Documentation and Reporting: Accurate record-keeping and reporting are important for production staff. You will be responsible for completing production logs, inventory records, downtime reports, and other documentation as required by the organization or regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Vocational degree preferred; prior experience in manufacturing or machinery is a plus.
· Skilled in operating machinery, assembling products, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Preferably living near Taytay, Rizal
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to lift and move materials or equipment as needed.
Valid driver’s license or the ability to drive is an advantage.
