- at least high school graduate, senior high, college level
- Preferably with related experience in manufacturing industry
- willing to work on a 12 hour shifting schedule (with OT pay)
- physically fit, with positive attitude, hardworking
- Preferably living in Mamplasan / Ganado, Biñan, Laguna or nearby areas
