As a GETMod™ Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers within the GETMod™ program, working closely with the GETMod™ Performance Manager to execute both client-facing and internal tasks. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Along the way, you will get to:
- Provide comprehensive support to customers enrolled in the GETMod™ program, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with the GETMod™ Performance Manager to facilitate the successful execution of program initiatives and projects.
- Coordinate and manage various client-facing and internal multi-disciplinary activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining regular communication
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly

We are looking for a GETMod™ Project Coordinator with:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI) and project management software
- CAPM Certification is preferred
