Job Description:
Project Coordination & Execution
- Support the Innovation Division in planning, tracking, and executing division projects and deliverables
- Assist in defining project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with lead product management associates in coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure alignment.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and other relevant information.
- Develop presentations and reports related to the progress of the projects handled.
Risk & Compliance Support
- Identify potential risks and roadblocks, and escalate issues as needed.
- In partnership with the lead product management associate, ensure project activities comply with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Support product management associates in documentation efforts.
Process Improvement & Efficiency
- Assist in optimizing workflows and project management best practices.
- Identify areas for efficiency improvements within project execution.
- Support change management initiatives to drive innovation.
Qualification
- A graduate of a relevant bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in office, product management, and project management tools
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Background in insurance and technology industry is a plus
