We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project In-Charge with a strong background in managing and supporting complex projects across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution of project plans, monitoring progress, maintaining documentation, and fostering communication between stakeholders.
What are the Skills and Qualifications?
- Coordinate and monitor project activities from initiation to closure, ensuring all tasks are executed as planned.
- Support the Project Manager in tracking project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, prepare status reports, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
- Maintain and update project management tools, dashboards, and documentation repositories.
What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role, preferably involving complex or cross-functional projects.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, JIRA, or equivalent).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
