Requirements for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Must have a Professional license (e.g., Engineer, Architect) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience managing construction and interior design projects, including site coordination, manpower handling, and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, interior design implementation, materials, and finishes.
- Strong leadership skills in managing site teams, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Must present a portfolio
PROJECT MANAGER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end project execution for construction and interior fit-out projects.
- Manage on-site construction activities, including manpower allocation, contractor supervision, and daily operations monitoring.
- Handle procurement of materials, tools, equipment, and furnishings, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation of project activities, change orders, progress reports, punch lists, and final handover.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php42,000.00 per month
