Requirements for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Must have a Professional license (e.g., Engineer, Architect) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience managing construction and interior design projects, including site coordination, manpower handling, and project execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, interior design implementation, materials, and finishes.
• Strong leadership skills in managing site teams, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Must present a portfolio

PROJECT MANAGER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end project execution for construction and interior fit-out projects.
• Manage on-site construction activities, including manpower allocation, contractor supervision, and daily operations monitoring.
• Handle procurement of materials, tools, equipment, and furnishings, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation of project activities, change orders, progress reports, punch lists, and final handover.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6-8 months

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php42,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekends

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Work Location: In person
