Job Description:
- Prepare reports and attend weekly progress meetings with the internal team and customer.
- Coordinate with SAQ and push for official approval (Skom & Mob).
- Arrange Skom & Mob sessions with site engineers, SAQ, and vendor.
- Participate in public awareness sessions with SAQ team to explain CME scope.
- Kick off preconstruction with CME vendor, including signing of the construction schedule and ensuring WHSE compliance.
- Plan and request materials and deliveries for PTCI/MIDC supplied materials.
- Monitor site construction group online daily and address all site-related issues.
- Supervise, instruct, and guide site engineers, and conduct weekly progress meetings and evaluations with vendors and management.
- Update CME/Colo Tracker and Site Tracker daily, and validate variation orders before endorsing to engineering, QA, and procurement.
- Verify and sign off on final As-built BOQ, conduct site postmortems and performance evaluations with vendors.
- Ensuring CFEI requirements are expedited and submitted
- RFTI checklist and testing completion, submission and approval to customers.
As-built BOQ final verification and sign off prior to submission to engineering

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
