Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for project scheduling, generating technical drawings, and preparing various project documentation. The ideal candidate should be familiar with industry-standard scheduling software and possess experience in both 2D and 3D drafting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, etc.)
- Prepare and submit reportorial requirements in accordance with project timelines
- Create necessary 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent tools
- Collaborate with project teams to track progress and adjust schedules as necessary
- Support project documentation and reporting efforts
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and reporting
- Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)
- Strong skills in 2D/3D drafting and modeling tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
