We are looking for an experienced and proactive Risk Manager to join our client's team in the renewable energy sector (hydropower project). In this role, you will work with the team to help shape and drive the risk management approach on a major infrastructure program. You will support the successful implementation of the project risk management framework, working closely with the Project Controls Manager and other stakeholders across both office and construction site teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include facilitating risk workshops, holding one-on-one sessions with key personnel, and analyzing project data to uncover potential threats and opportunities that may impact delivery. You’ll translate complex risk insights into clear reports, dashboards, and summaries to support informed decision-making. Using tools like Excel and dedicated risk software, you’ll ensure all risk data is well-documented, current, and actionable. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and enjoys turning data into meaningful insights that help projects succeed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; risk management certifications are a plus.
- Experience in risk management within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000 and/or PMI PMBOK.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using risk software tools.
- A team player with strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and summarize risks in a clear, actionable way.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead risk workshops and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month
