Main Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with tenants for repairs, rent concerns, and move-ins/move-outs
- Assist in unit turnovers and inspections (prepare, check, document)
- Handle monthly electrical readings for billing
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for repairs and maintenance
- Monitor on-site staff (cleaners, security) and help manage supplies
- Post available units online and respond to rental inquiries
- Assist in preparing simple memos, reports, and documents
- Do light errands or fieldwork related to operations
Qualifications :
- College level or vocational graduate
- Comfortable working both in the office and on-site
- Good communication skills (spoken and written)
- Organized, reliable, and willing to learn
- Basic knowledge of electrical or plumbing systems is a plus
- Familiar with Google Sheets / Drive or willing to learn
