TL Mabuhay Driving Lesson Academy is urgently looking for:
PROPERTY CUSTODIAN
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate/Vocational/High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in asset management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in property control.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer and other relevant tools.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Shall secure inventory of all the in and out documents from stockroom;
- Shall conduct physical inventories and reconciling inventory records;
- Shall ensure constant monitoring of company assets such as accountable forms and equipment.
- Shall monitor branch use and unused forms thru portal;
- Shall prepare payment request and quantity request of all Accountable forms (Policy order/Affidavit notarize and mimeograph/courier payment);
- Shall submit accountable forms monthly report in timely manner;
- Shall conduct regular inspections of property and submit appropriate reports to the Accounting Head for lost, missing, stolen; destroyed, damaged, or rendered unserviceable accountable personal property.
- Shall affix identification number (bar code) labels onto accountable personal property.
- Shall monitor dashboard request form and additional parcel for branch transfer/transmit;
- Shall consistently Tracks J&T parcel status;
- Shall consistently receive J&T parcel from branches and distribute to Branch Accounting Specialist;
- Shall submit timely, accurate, and comprehensive weekly and monthly report, including branch monthly sales verified by Branch Accounting Specialist.
- Shall adhere to record retention policy for reference and facilitate training programs;
- Shall carry out the procurement of new assets/equipment, including researching suppliers, obtaining quotes, and coordinating purchases.
- Shall ensure that complete documentation is attached for newly acquired property including but not limited to: warranty, recipient, and details of the acquisition.
- Shall perform routine maintenance and upkeep of assigned property.
- Shall coordinate with other departments to ensure proper transfer and disposal of property;
- Shall maintain accurate records of property movement and location;
- Shall update assigned official Google Sheets portal consistently and at all times; and;
- Shall perform other duties and functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior and/or management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
