About the Role:
As PM Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for offering remote administrative support to the client. You will also be responsible for performing administrative tasks as and when required. To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent listening skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. You should also have outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assistant to BDM with administrative support
- Drafting and sending new business emails or proposals
- Researching comparable rentals for appraisal preparation
- Entering appraisal follow-ups and outcomes
- Preparing pre-listing information packs
- Following up with prospective landlords
- Rental compliance management
- Managing online reviews
- Office website management and updates
- Social media scheduling
- ActivePipe management
- Invoicing
- Bond lodgements
- Filing and organizing digital documents
- Data entry
- Coordinating lease renewals and rent increases
- Preparing rental application summaries
- Issuing notices
- Sending updated authorities and owner instructions to existing clients on the rent roll
What We’re Looking For:
- A graduate of Business Administration, Real Estate or any field related to Admin
- With 2 years of extensive experience as an Admin Assistant working with remote teams, preferably Australian teams servicing the Real Estate industry and in a BPO set-up
- Preferably with experience or familiarity with Real Estate tools such as Console, Inspection Real Estate, Agentbox, RealHub, PropertyMe, Property Tree, ActivePipe
- Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills; ability to drive conversations & effectively communicate thoughts
- Excellent call handling skills; preferably with call handling experience in a BPO setting
- Very keen to details
- Shows a high level of initiative and intelligence; critical thinker; can work with minimum supervision
- Strong leadership skills
- Must have a pleasing personality; ability to collaborate with remote teams & build healthy business relationships
