- Accommodate online and onsite client inquiries
- Assist brokers, agents, salespersons, and prospective buyers during office and site visits/viewings
- Disseminate sales information and promotions to the network of sellers
- Build a network of buyers and reputable brokers, brokerages, and agents for accreditation as sellers of the Company
- Establish a pool of well-vetted property listings for the agency
- Propose Sales and Marketing strategies in order to strengthen and broaden the network of sellers and prospective buyers, that will ultimately lead to increased sales for the Developer
- Assist in documentation and financing requirements such as collating requirements and submission to the client's chosen financing institution
OTHERS:
- Must have finished at least 72 units of college education
- Lives near Bonuan, San Fabian, and/or Dagupan City
- Must know how to drive a manual vehicle
- Comfortable conversing with different and all types of people
- Meticulous and must have keen attention to detail
