Job Summary:
Ensures timely and accurate preparation of purchase orders, coordinates with the Main Office, suppliers, and supports inventory and procurement needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares and processes purchase orders (POs) for merchandise, supplies, and equipment
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of purchase order documentation
- Coordinates with suppliers and main office for order confirmation, delivery schedules, and pricing
- Monitors the status of POs to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Verifies that all POs are in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Works closely with Inventory Officer, Warehouse and Area Supervisor to support branch needs
- Helps maintain proper stock levels across stores and warehouses
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related 4-year courses.
- At least 1–2 years experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory coordination (retail experience is a plus).
- Fresh graduates with strong internship or OJT exposure in procurement may also be considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document management
- Knowledge of purchase order systems or ERP tools is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
