MAJOR FUNCTIONS
- Reviews and evaluates purchase request forms for accuracy and completeness.
- Check invoices, and checks accuracy, receipt of material, and compliance with PO
- Update Supplier Database
- Checking of Purchase Reports
- Examine and review products and supplies to ensure quality
- Facilitate Annual Supplier Evaluation
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in B.S. Math, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word, Excel, PPT.) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, and procedures.
- Can carry out negotiations with suppliers, contractors and other third parties.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience and exposure in Purchasing, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
