What we’re looking for
- 1+ years of proven experience with purchasing ingredients, packaging, and equipment within F&B.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines reliably.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills (English and Tagalog).
- Proficient with Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and/or Microsoft product counterparts.
- Willing to work in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with importing food or packaging products into the Philippines for F&B usage.
What you’ll be doing
- Receiving purchase orders from stores and executing them in a timely, reliable manner.
- Resolving any urgent stocking, delivery, and product quality issues with suppliers.
- Reconciling any order discrepancies between supplier logs, internal receiving logs, etc.
- Sourcing and assessing new suppliers for ingredients, packaging, equipment, kitchen maintenance services, etc.
- Setting up and recording payments to suppliers for management approval.
- Maintaining an up-to-date database of all suppliers.
- Conducting quarterly re-sourcing of items to keep purchasing costs low.
- Completing other tasks as may be assigned.
