Job description
- University degree and at least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing.
- Clear and excellent communications skill to follow up on purchasing and production status.
- Be resolute in handling vendors to ensure requirement for excellent quality and timely delivery are assured.
- Knowledge of production and sampling processes as well as import and export procedures are a plus.
- Able to effectively interact with inter-company departments and outside factories and efficient in follow-up.
- Ability to work independently and works effectively under pressure and can multi-task.
- Must know how to prioritize task to ensure smooth workflow.
- Resourceful, hard-working, self-motivated and with initiative and positive disposition.
- Good command of written and reading English.
- Knowledge in the operation of business software (Microsoft Office)
