Job description
· Researching potential vendors
· Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
· Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
· Track orders and ensure timely delivery
· Review quality of purchased products
· Oversee the ordering of materials, supplies, and equipment from vendors
· Sourcing materials, goods, products and services and negotiating the best deals.
· Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
· Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
· Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.Monitor and inventory of stock levels and place orders as needed
· Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
· Other related task may be assigned from time to time.
