JOB SUMMARY:
The Purchasing Staff is responsible for sourcing, ordering, and coordinating the delivery of materials, supplies,
and services required by the organization. This role ensures timely procurement of quality goods at the best
possible price while maintaining accurate purchasing records and supplier relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP or procurement software is a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
