The Purchasing Staff is responsible for coordinating with vendors, sourcing out potential suppliers, and keeping track of deliveries. This position requires strong communication skills in dealing with vendors and keen on details.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assists in canvassing and ordering materials for office and construction site
2. Prepares Canvas Sheet and ensures that supplier can deliver within agreed schedules
3. Communicate and clarifies with requesting department for any clarification
4. Negotiates with supplier for prices and delivery schedules if necessary
5. Communicates with suppliers for feedback or when discrepancies arise
6. Maintain strong working relationships with our suppliers
7. Assists in preparing the receiving report of inbound deliveries and checks correctness and completeness with documents for payment processing (e.g. Delivery Receipt, Sales Invoice)
8. Assists in requesting fuel for company vehicles daily.
9. Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Business Administration or related field.
· Previous experience in purchasing or familiarity in construction materials is an advantage
· Must be efficient and can work under pressure
· Willing to work in Cebu City

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
