The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of customer interactions and transactions. This role ensures that frontline agents comply with client requirements, company policies, and performance standards, while also driving a culture of continuous improvement across the Cebu site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 2nd year college undergraduate completed.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality monitoring processes, call evaluation, and coaching techniques.
- Excellent communication and feedback skills (verbal and written).
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
