JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Treasury Assistant to do the collection function and as petty cash custodian.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Assists Treasury Supervisor with the company's treasury activities.
- Primary responsible for payment collection and as petty cash custodian
- Assists with the physical counting of cash.
- Investigates and resolves discrepancies with cash transactions.
- Documenting all cash transactions for each day.
- Reconcile bank deposits and payments.
- Responds to customer complaints and addressing transaction-related issues.
- Maintains financial records, cash logs, and spreadsheets.
- Process treasury payments.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business, or Finance or equivalent.
- With at least one (1) year experience as Treasury Assistant or in Financial function
- Proficient with bookkeeping and accounting software.
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
- Excellent mathematical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
