Qualification:

- Bachelor of Science degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and relevant food safety regulations.

Job Description:
QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Checking of employees before entering the production area if they correctly wearing their uniform, with complete gear, & no accessories.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Monitoring employees in the production area if they practicing GMP in the production area.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to improve processes.
- Assist in training staff on quality standards and food safety protocols.
- Checking of finished product to ensure the quality of the product before boxing.
- Checking the cleaning of production area and utensils used on production.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Fresh graduate or with 1 years related work experience, preferably as QA/Food Production.
CRITICAL SKILLS OR COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work, with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision.
- Should have a positive attitude.
