We’re looking for a dedicated Accounting Department team member to help accurately record and report all financial transactions in compliance with regulatory standards. Your work will play a vital part in ensuring the organization’s financial operations remain transparent, organized, and aligned with accounting standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements.
- Manage general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and facilitate audits.
- Record VAT schedules accurately.
- Monitor and record all disbursements.
- Update and maintain manual BIR books, including journal, ledger, disbursement, and receipts.
- Compile and organize financial files and records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Proven experience (typically 1-2 years) in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience with financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.

Pay: Php16,500.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
