QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology or any related course
· With 1-2 years working experience
· With above average analytical skills
· With experience handling manpower
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Implement procedures and suggest points for improvement of the established operating systems, such as the HACCP-GMP Manual and Halal Assurance Manual
· Detects and analyzes the cause of non-conformity, troubleshooting problems and formulate recommendations, and corrective and preventive actions for the departments concerned
· Develops and conducts in-house training for new and old personnel on Commissary Systems, Food Safety and other related systems
· Verifies housekeeping and pest control activities to ensure maintenance of hygiene standards
· Conduct internal audits e.g. Process Audit, Food Safety Audit (FSA) and other audits
· Responsible for verification of Quality Control Sheets of the Production department
· Conducts Supplier Quality Audits (SQA) to ensure that raw materials conform to specification
· Prepares appropriate methods for handling requests and feedback (e.g. complaints, sample requests) from customers
· Assists visitors and customers in conducting unit tours, inspections and audits
· Manages stock request, withdrawal and distribution of QA office supplies and other consumables
