A Real-Time Analyst is a role within Workforce Management that focuses on monitoring call queues in real-time.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Real-time monitoring

2. Schedule and Queue Management

3. Collaboration and communication

Skills and Abilities:

· Demonstrates clear written and verbal communication skills.

· Good attention to detail.

· Reprioritizes tasks to accommodate shifting priorities.

· Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, OneNote, etc).

· Fosters cross-functional relationships.

· Willing to work on a shifting schedule and holidays as needed

· Experience in the payment card industry is preferred
