The Receptionist / Dining Staff is responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests, managing table seating, and supporting dining operations to ensure excellent customer service. This role also includes the responsibility of answering customer inquiries sent to the restaurant's official Tagaytay Facebook page in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities: Front Desk / Reception Duties:
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage the waitlist, reservations, and walk-in guests.
- Coordinate table assignments based on server availability and guest needs.
- Answer phone calls and assist with basic customer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area.
Dining Support:
- Assist the service team in ensuring a smooth dining experience.
- Guide guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Assist with serving water or basic items when necessary.
- Ensure dining area cleanliness and readiness between seatings.
Social Media Inquiries:
- Monitor the official Facebook page for messages and comments.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding location, hours, menu items, reservations, and other general concerns.
- Forward specific concerns (e.g., complaints or special requests) to the manager if needed.
- Maintain a courteous and professional tone in all responses.
