DUTIES:
- Requests student credentials, i.e Form 137-A (High School Graduates), and Official Transcript of Records Transferee) from school last attended.
- Evaluates the grades and credit units earned by graduating and non graduating students for the course/s assigned to him/her every end of the semester/term.
- Prepares the following documents being requested by the students of the above course/s: Transcript of Records; Transfer of Credentials; Certification of Grades, Certificate of enrolment, certificate of graduation, and GPA/ranking.
- Makes notation on the course description requested by the student from college concerned.
- Signs student Clearance Form after checking for deficiencies in credentials.
- Prepares tentative list/official list of graduate students.
- Fill-out and answers written inquiry and/or background check regarding graduates for the above course.
- Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as may deem necessary by the immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Must possess at least Bachelor’s degree or any related course.
Work Experience/s:
- Preferably at least six (6) months related experience.
Special Qualities/Skills Required:
- Must be knowledgeable in computer software applications.
- Must be knowledgeable in filling system and records management.
- Must be excellent in Interpersonal and communication skills.
