The role supports the design, administration, and monitoring of the company’s compensation and benefits programs. This includes the organization, filing, updating, retrieval, and archiving of 201 files, contracts, memos, government documents, and other employment records. The role plays a critical function in supporting operational efficiency, legal compliance, and data privacy by ensuring that all records are properly maintained and aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, or Business Administration preferred
- At least 3-5 years of direct experience in benefits processing, ideally in a manufacturing or FMCG site environment
- Strong understanding of Philippine government contributions, and labor laws
- High attention to detail and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
- Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with employees, auditors, and government agencies
