Qualifications :
- 1-2 years experience in recruitment
- end - end recruitment experience
- familiar with tech and healthcare hiring
- willing to work on site (Cebu IT Park)
Roles and Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition & Planning
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Source candidates using various platforms (job boards, social media, databases, referrals)
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified and potential candidates for future needs
Screening & Interviewing
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
Candidate Engagement
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
Offer & Hiring Process
- Assist in drafting job offers and communicating terms to selected candidates
- Coordinate background checks, pre-employment requirements, and documentation
Recruitment Metrics & Reporting
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
- Generate regular recruitment reports for management review
- Assist in developing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
