Qualification
- College graduate of BS Psychology or any 4 year Human Resource Management related course.
- With experience in recruitment process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Job Description
- End to end Recruitment process
- Coordinate with the clients about manpower request.
- Conduct initial screening and interview.
- Preparing deployment process
- Identify candidates base on the clients job qualification need.
- Conduct employment verification, social verification and educational attainment of shortlisted applicants.
- Undertake clerical duties(such as but not limited to phone/emails inquiries, recording and record safekeeping).
- Prepare and post job online advertisement.
- Assists in New Hire Induction.
- Conduct Trainings and Orientation
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
